Retention period: Your data is stored until the purpose of the inquiry is fulfilled or you request deletion.
After submitting the form, you will receive a confirmation email at the provided address.
4. User Account
When registering an account, we store your email address and your chosen display name. Authentication is handled via Supabase (see section on data processors).
Legal basis: Performance of a contract pursuant to Art. 6(1)(b) DSGVO.
5. Data Processors
We use the following third-party services for data processing:
- Supabase Inc. – Database and authentication (server location: EU)
- NWDL Mail Server (server.nwdl.org) – Sending confirmation and notification emails
Data processing agreements pursuant to Art. 28 DSGVO are in place with all processors.
6. Your Rights
You have the right at any time to:
- Access your stored data (Art. 15 DSGVO)
- Rectification of inaccurate data (Art. 16 DSGVO)
- Erasure of your data (Art. 17 DSGVO)
- Restriction of processing (Art. 18 DSGVO)

7. Data Deletion
